- My stand is squeaky and noisy. What can I do to fix it?
- Replacing the bushing kit usually helps. You can order a bushing kit from our our online store by clicking here. You can also grease your stand to eliminate squeaking.
- I need replacement cables for a treestand older than 2006. Are they available?
- No. The only cables we have available are for the stands that we manufacture. The 2009 cable kits will work with stands as old as 2006 only. We do not make cable kits to work with stands we didn’t manufacture. You can order a cable kit from our our online store by clicking here.
- I have a stand that was manufactured before 2009. Is it still under warranty?
- No. We only warranty the stands that we manufacture. We cannot warranty stands that were created by the previous owners. The company was purchased in November of 2008. Please email service@olmanoutdoors.com if you would like to contact us directly to assist in addressing your issue.
